These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TrueHR mobile application and web portal (together, the "Service"), provided by L R Technology, a sole proprietorship owned by Debasish Panigrahi (GSTIN 21BYYPP0116P1ZY), Plot No. 361/461, Khata No. 73, Dubagadi, Near Jarka Market, Dubagadia, Dharmashala, District Jajpur, Odisha – 755008, India ("L R Technology", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

TrueHR is a human-resource management platform offered to organizations ("Employers") and made available to their employees, contractors, and staff. Features may include attendance, leave and comp-off, on-duty, tasks, tours and geo-tagging, salary slips, support tickets, policies, and resignation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You may use the Service only if an Employer has authorized an account for you. Credentials are issued through your Employer's administrators; you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify your HR administrator of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You will not: submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including falsified attendance, location, tour, or task data); access data or accounts that are not yours or exceed your role's access; interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use the Service unlawfully or in violation of your Employer's policies.

4. Location, attendance, and tour data

Certain features require location, background location, camera, and notification access. By using them you consent to collection of location and related data as described in the Privacy Policy, and you agree not to spoof, fake, or manipulate location, photos, or timestamps. Tour tracking operates only while a tour is active.

5. Your content and data

Information you submit is processed to provide the Service to you and your Employer. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you or your Employer provide), is owned by L R Technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while authorized by your Employer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features depending on device hardware, permissions, connectivity, or third-party services (such as maps) may not always be available or accurate.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that results, calculations, or records will be error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L R Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

10. Suspension and termination

Your Employer may activate, suspend, or deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service, its users, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, subject to any retention described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Jajpur, Odisha shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
